Please notice that First Avenue is a one-way street, running from East to West.  you could access our parking lot from Bank Street on the east side (Glebe Chambers Building Entrance) between First Avenue and Glebe Avenue.

To access the East side of First Avenue from Bank Street, you would have to loop around by taking either Glebe Avenue or Second Avenue, and turning around at O'Connor Street, to come back on First Avenue.  There's plenty of free one-hour parking on the street just before Bank Street.
