How to Spa
For the first time comers here are a few tips.
What should I wear?
Dress to your own personal comfort. When you arrive, you will be
given a plush robe and sandals. All of our therapists are trained
in advanced draping techniques to ensure your comfort during therapy.
What if I feel any kind of discomfort?
Please advice your therapist if there is anything that makes you
uncomfortable -- the music, the temperature, the amount of pressure
(too little or too much).
Should I shave?
If you are receiving body therapy, do not shave within 24 hours
of your appointment to avoid irritation.
Can I take my cell phone?
To preserve our tranquil setting, cell phones are not permitted.
When should I arrive?
To relax and enjoy your therapy, you should plan arriving 15 minutes
before your scheduled treatment time. You will be asked to fill
out a form with your personal and some medical information.
How long will I be with my therapist?
Treatment times vary. Please ask when booking your service.
Should I plan to have a facial the same day I have a formal
event?
It is recommended to have your facial at least one day prior to
your event in case your skin responds with any kind of irritation
to the treatment.
Is tipping appropriate?
If you enjoyed your service, a tip of 15-20% is appreciated. If
you came because someone gave you a gift certificate, ask if the
tip was included or if you can apply the dollar amount towards a
tip.
What if I have allergies or sensitivities?
You will be asked to fill out a personal-consultation form before
your spa service. This vital information is kept completely confidential.
Will I be comfortable?
Please communicate your wishes openly with your therapist. Whether
it's massage pressure, room temperature, or music level, we will
make adjustments to suit you.
